The group BTS will unveil its new English song "Dynamite" for the first time at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) at the end of this month.

On the 5th (Korea time), BTS unveiled a schedule for the "Dynamite" promotion that contains this information on its official SNS.

The music video and official music video for BTS's new digital single "Dynamite" will be unveiled around the world at 1 p.m. on the 21st (U.S. Eastern Time at 12 a.m. on the 21st).

It will be the first time for BTS to release a song at 1 p.m. Korean time. In Korea, the song is usually released at 6 p.m., but this time, it is interpreted that it chose the release time targeting the global market.

Before and after the release of the song, he meets fans through online live.

BTS will host "Countdown Live" on YouTube 30 minutes before the release of the song, and will showcase "Comeback Spot Live" on Naver's V Live at 7 p.m. on the day of its release.

After the release of the song, it will appear on famous American TV shows one after another. Interviews with MTV's "Fresh Out Live" and NBC's popular talk show "TODAY Show" will be released on the 22nd and 24th, respectively.

They will then perform "Dynamite" for the first time at the MTV Video Music Awards at 9 a.m. on May 31. They will appear in Korea by filming and delivering the stage.

It is also the first time for BTS to perform at the MTV Video Music Awards.

With the title track "On" of its fourth full-length album "Map of the Soul: 7" released in February this year, BTS was nominated for three categories at this year's MTV Video Music Awards: Best Pop, Best Choreography and Best K-pop.

Meanwhile, starting from next week, BTS will release various contents and prepare for its comeback. The teaser photos will be released on the 11th, 13th, and 16th, and the official music video teaser will be released on the 19th.

In addition, the music video for "B-side" will be released on the 25th, which is different from the official music video for "Dynamite."

Attention is focusing on how "Dynamite" will resonate in that it is a digital single presented in English by BTS, who has mostly sung in Korean. The members told their fans earlier that it would be a "fresh attempt and challenge."

With their latest album "Map of the Soul: 7," BTS entered the Billboard main album chart in March and has been at the top for 23 consecutive weeks. The title track 'On' ranked fourth on the Billboard main singles chart, the highest ever by a Korean group.
